RULES AND

In order to make everyone's experience as
productive, enjoyable, and safe as |
possible, we have to have some rules and
regulations. This list is by no means |
complete and will be changed and updated as the
need arises. It is our hope that |
everyone will use good common sense while riding,
observing, and walking around |
the facility. |
| |
Everyone, including minors and their parents,
will be required to sign an annual |
Liability Waiver and then the daily sign in
sheet. |
All riders will be required to wear protective
gear consisting at a minimum of a helmet, gloves, long sleeve
shirt, long pants and boots. |
Do not use excessive speed in areas other than
the tracks. There may be little ones |
playing that you can't see. |
| |
Go directly from your pit area to the track
entrance. We live here and while we |
enjoy having people ride here, our yard and
driveways are not meant to be race |
tracks. |
| |
No one over the age of 8 should be on the Pee -
Wee track unless it is a parent of |
the Pee - Wee rider. If you have a small bike and
want to ride it on the Pee - Wee |
track, you need to get permission first. |
| |
EVERY TIME you come to practice, make sure you
walk the tracks and grounds or |
make a very slow first lap to check for any
obstacles that may have changed and to |
get an idea of where all the obstacles are. Slow
means riding in first gear and NO |
Doubling. We care about your safety as well as
the others on the track. |
| |
If you don't do the doubles, please use the left side. |
| |
If track officials deem there to be too many bikes
and/or quads on the track, the |
practice sessions may be divided up into age,
bike/quad size, skill level, etc. to |
insure everyone's safety. |
| |
There is to be no alcohol at the facility. |
| |
It is every rider's responsibility to look out
for others on the track. Remember, this |
is practice, not a race. Why risk injuring
yourself and or others? Requests for private |
track time will be honored if possible. However,
the other riders present will have |
to agree to and set limits on the amount of time. |
| |
The permanent restroom facility is for your
convenience. Treat it with respect and |
keep it clean or we will go to Port-a-Potties. |
| |
We reserve the right to ask anyone who is
endangering others or not following the |
rules to leave immediately with NO Refund. |
